SHOPPING AT LUNARES

How to shop

Once you find the product you want, select the desired color and size and click on the add to cart link. Indicate the quantity you want by size. Repeat the steps for all other products.

You must be 15 years old or older and provide a shipping and billing address.

 When you're finished shopping, click on “Shopping cart" to place your order. Price and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout.

 Confirm the shipping address and choose a shipping option. Then you will be redirected to Paypal website to inform you payment information.

 Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Prices and shipping charges

The prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs.

The cost of shipping options for each order will be calculated, regarding the weight of your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping

The items of your order will be available for shipping 7 business days after the payment confirmation. If you have urgency or any special need, please write us at contato@lunaresflamenco.com.br, inform your order number and let us know what you need. Be sure we will do our best to accommodate your order.

When you order is shipped, an additional email will be sent to you with a tracking code to trace your order.

Alternate address

You may choose to have your order shipped to an alternate address by selecting this option in the delivery information section at checkout.

Delivery time and CUSTOMS

Carrier: CORREIOS – Brazilian Regular Post -www.correios.com.br

International deliveries are subject to retention by the destination country Customs Service for content inspection or importing taxes verification, according to each country customs rules. Possible delays due to these procedures are not considered in the above delivery estimated time. Lunares cannot control and do not have responsibility neither access over Customs activity of any country.

CUSTOMS Importing taxes

Lunares is not responsible for any additional importing taxes or fees imposed to you by your country of origin. Lunares products are accompanied by commercial invoice. Any customs duties are of responsibility of the importer.

PAYMENTS

Payment form

PayPal (www.paypal.com) – PayPal funds, Credit Card or other payment forms accepted by PayPal from your region.

No PayPal account is needed. You will receive a PayPal payment link. Credit card information is provided to PayPal directly.

Please do not send any credit card information by e-mail to Lunares.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as we ship  your order we will send you an email with the delivery information.

You should be able to track it your order at: www.correios.com.br (Brazilian Postal Service) and next at the postal service website of your country.

It may take up to 24 hours after shipping date to  tracking information is updated.
